Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of vroav.com and services provided by Iron Leads LLC. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

VROAV provides growth marketing services including paid social media management, Google Ads, SEO, brand strategy and creative, email and SMS marketing, and marketing automation. Scope and fees are defined in separate Service Agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each service month. Ad spend is billed directly to your own accounts — Iron Leads LLC does not hold client advertising funds. Retainer fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Creative assets, strategies, and campaign materials produced by VROAV for your brand are your property upon full payment of all fees due.

4. Limitation of Liability

VROAV does not guarantee specific marketing results or revenue outcomes. In no event shall Iron Leads LLC's liability exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming.
